Highly successful families have complex estate planning needs.  This session will help advisors learn more about advanced planning concepts for use with their high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, and will provide timely, actionable ideas and talking points. Concepts explored include family governance, the use of family banks, licensed and unlicensed family fiduciary companies, split-purchase residence trusts, gifting techniques, proactive trust review, and identifying red-flag planning opportunities.
