CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) PROVIDERS
Every two years, IMCA® designees are required to complete and report forty hours of continuing education (CE) credit, including two ethics hours, as proof of their continued competence in the profession. CE providers who offer education that meet IMCA’s Qualification Criteria, and have been reviewed and accepted by IMCA, can help certificants meet these renewal requirements.

APPLICATION PROCESS AND FEES
Submitting your program for review and acceptance for CE credit is easy! Follow the four steps outlined below:
1. Read the CE Credit Qualification Criteria and list of accepted Continuing Education Topics to ensure your program will align with IMCA's standards.

2. Choose the CE Provider participation plan that is right for you.
A) Continuing Education (CE) Sponsor | US$300, annually
Do you offer multiple programs in a 12-month period that are ≤8 hours in length? Become a "Continuing Education (CE) Sponsor" for the program application bundled price of US$300.
Annual fee includes:
B) Independent CE Program Acceptance | US$20 per CE credit hour
Only offer a few courses? Submit program applications for review and acceptance on a program-by-program basis.

Applications are processed in the order received. Please allow up to ten business days to process both CE Sponsor applications and CE Program Acceptance applications. Fees for both participation plans are nonrefundable and are subject to change without notice. Fees are assesed for the number of credit hours to be reviewed regardless of the decision to accept or deny.
4. Once accepted, submit your attendance records to IMCA or provide the IMCA-assigned Program ID Number to attendees
ONGOING RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS
Both CE Sponsor status and CE Program Acceptance are only valid for one year. Please follow the steps below to renew your Sponsor status or to resubmit your independent programs for review.
