William Costigan, senior portfolio strategist, Guggenheim Investments, focuses on fixed income and alternative credit mandates totaling $150 billion.  A frequent speaker at national investment conferences, Mr. Costigan has more than a decade of experience, having served five years with Key Bank as an investment banker in New York and Seattle, where he focused on the origination, structuring, and syndication of leveraged buyouts.  Previously, he developed strategic investment solutions at the Vanguard Investment Group.  He earned a B.S. in economics with honors, John Carroll University, and an MBA with honors, Loyola Marymount University.
