Thomas Boczar is the chief executive officer and managing partner, Intelligent Edge Advisors LLC.  Previously, Mr. Boczar served as director of marketing, Twenty-First Securities Corporation, where he was responsible for selling innovative arbitrage, risk management, and hedged investment strategies to professional investors. He began his career in the financial services industry as a broker with Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., and then Bear Stearns. He also worked as a tax accountant with Touche Ross.  After completing law school, he specialized in public and corporate finance with Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon and later at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.  A frequent speaker at financial conferences and author of several articles on stock concentration risk management and other applications of financial instruments, he won IMCA's Stephen J. Kessler Writing Award, serves as chairman of the Private Wealth Management Committee of the New York Society of Security Analysts, and is a member of IMCA’s Wealth Management Committee.  He earned a J.D., University of Miami School of Law; an MBA and an MPA, School of Business Administration, University of Miami; an LL.M in taxation, New York University School of Law; and completed post graduate work in financial engineering.
