Alexandra Douwes

Alexandra Douwes, co-founder, Purpose Generation, helps brands connect with the next generation of consumers and talent.  As the head of strategy and operations for the organization, she is passionate about designing purpose-driven strategies and helping companies navigate how the Millennial generation consumes, works, invests, and communicates.  Ms. Douwes has worked with many clients, including Campbell Soup Company, Wells Fargo Bank, AARP, and Morgan Stanley, on how to cultivate and grow interest among Millennials.  Previously, she worked across a wide range of industries at Bain and Company and served the Acumen Fund, where she supported the global expansion team.  She is a graduate of Princeton University.
